Young Men’s Business League Welcomes Damian Eales for November Speaker Series Luncheon

Realtor.com CEO to share insights on digital transformation and leadership in real estate and media

AUSTIN, TX — The Young Men’s Business League announced the next installment of its 2025 Speaker Series, taking place on Tuesday, November 11 at the Headliners Club in downtown Austin. The featured guest is Damian Eales, Chief Executive Officer of Move, Inc., operator of Realtor.com.

Eales brings a wealth of global leadership experience across retail, banking, and media. Now based in Austin, he is leading the digital transformation of Realtor.com during one of the most dynamic periods in the real estate sector. The luncheon will explore his career journey, leadership approach, and outlook on the evolving intersection of real estate and technology.

The event will follow a conversational format, moderated by YMBL Speaker Series Co-Chair Ben Kelton, and will include time for audience Q&A.

Tickets are $35 per person for YMBL members and $45 per person for non-members, includes lunch and validated parking, and are open to the public. Seats are limited.
