The wait is over: the much-anticipated YMBL Speaker Series returns with none other than the charismatic Mayor Kirk Watson as our first speaker back!
A pillar of the YMBL for decades, Speaker Series is back in all its former glory at the illustrious Headliners Club. Perched atop the Chase Bank Tower, this classy establishment has been home to Texas politicians and business leaders since 1955. We are returning this monthly lunch-time event here for the first time since COVID.
Doors are at 11:30, where there will be 30 minutes of networking as people trickle in. You will seat yourself at noon after filling up your plate at the lunch buffet. Feel free to bring your guests! Parking is easy in the connected garage, and validated parking is just $5.
Speakers will talk about their career story, the unique challenges facing Austin, and their outlook on the future. It'll open up to a brief Q&A at the end, so come prepared with your questions!
