About Patrick Rose:


Patrick is one of the most well-known and highly regarded Austinites under the age of 40. At the tender age of 24, he became the youngest member of the Texas House of Representatives in the year 2002.


Patrick started Corridor Title Co. in October 2010, serves as its President, and has grown it significantly after his stint in TX politics. Patrick is a Princeton graduate and has his J.D. from UT. 


Patrick's civic involvement includes the following: Greater San Marcos Partnership, Secretary; City of Dripping Springs Economic Development Committee, Chair; Real Estate Council of Austin, Executive Committee Member and Events & Communications Vice Chair; Texas State University Development Foundation, Board Member, Treasurer and Co-Chair of the 2016 Strategic Planning Effort; New Braunfels Economic Development Foundation, Executive Board Member; Texas Land Title Association PAC, Fundraising Co-Chair.
