I am a Solution Architect with Ball Peoples.  We are a local employee benefits brokerage firm that has been in existence for over 35 years.   My role with the company is to analyze client benefit packages to ensure all existing needs are met at the least practical cost to the company.  I write client recommendations based off renewal data and alternate bids. 

I am involved the sale process in a similar way, analyzing prospective client data to demonstrate the value of our organization. 

I am responsible for regular legislative updates and newsletters for clients and prospects of our company.
