I work in the Acquisitions Division of Virtus Real Estate Capital, a private equity real estate firm off Bee Caves, in Austin.  We specialize in niche properties types for our acquisitions, such as student housing, senior housing, medical office, and self-storage properties all across the country.  We recently launched two funds- one specializing in student housing and the other a mix of all four property types.

I've been involved in commercial real estate finance in one way or another since my time as an undergrad at The University of Texas at Austin.  I completed my Masters Degree in Real Estate Finanace from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2011.
