I am skilled in all facets of being a Petroleum Landman.  Throughout my career, I have been valued for my managerial and negotiation skills, and the associated due dilligence.  Leadership, work ethic, my enthusiasm for the oil & gas industry and my consistency as a professional are traits that set me apart from others in the business.  I pride myself on my ability to solve problems in a win-win fashion, build and manage effective teams and increase project value.

My industry background includes performing land work in over 25 counties in Texas, but specializing in South Texas and the Eagle Ford Shale for the past 5 years.  I have been the lead negotiator or assisted in leasing over 100,000 acres.  Since August of 2004, my company, Synergy Land & Minerals, has successfully negotiated and acquired over 200,000 net mineral acres in Texas.  My attention to detail provides my clients with concise and comprehensive due-diligence work which was critical to the overall success of over 200 oil and natural gas wells being drilled and completed.  I have an excellent track record of acquiring both producing and non-producing properties while maximizing value through cost effective due diligence. I graduated from St. Edward's University with a BA in Finance.  I have received the designation of Registered Professional  Landman (RPL).  I am an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen (AAPL), The Austin Professional Landmen's Association (APLA), The San Antonio Association of Professional Landmen (SAPL) and The Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL) and The Austin Petroleum Exploration Society (APES).
