I enjoy politics and have a great love for the state of Texas. In the past, I have worked with Agriculture Commissioner Todd Staples, Governor Rick Perry and U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. Most recently, I worked directly with Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst for the duration of the 81st Legislative Session and his 2010 re-election campaign. In 2011, I joined the staff of Senator Brian Birdwell (SD-22). During the 82nd Legislative Session, I handled several policy issues and served as Brian's Communications Director. Currently, I am running Brian's campaign for re-election in 2012.
