SPRING TURKEY HUNT - March 26-28

Gentlemen,
We are conducting the YMBL Spring Turkey Hunt the weekend of March 26-28.   There are a limited number of people that can attend this hunt. We are only going to have 8 spots available. Please email to RSVP. Last year was a blast. We did morning and afternoon Turkey hunts as well, bon fire, skeet shoot, fishing and 4 wheeling.

Cooler of drinks for AFTER the hunt.

UPLAND HUNT - April 17-18

Gentlemen,
We are conducting a Upland Hunt on the weekend of April 17-18th. There are a limited number of people that can attend this hunt. We are only going to have 8 spots available. Please email me to RSVP. The Upland Hunt will be a mixed bag hunt of Quail, Chucker and Pheasant. Upland birds tend to be found on the ground in heavy cover, so we will employ the use of dogs to locate and retrieve the game. This is a bag hunt, there will be plenty of birds in the field for everyone take some home.

The hunt will be at the Austin Gun Club. We have arraigned for an overnight stay. The plan is to drive up Saturday and hunt the fields. Have a dinner and spend the night. The next morning, after breakfast go back into the field and clean up all the missed birds from the night before. I did this hunt last year and it was a blast! Hunting with dogs is always fun. They also have 5 stand and skeet; we can do an Annie Oakley Shoot as well. The club has outstanding facilities, flat screen TV’s and great people. Check out the website www.Austingunclub.com
