Mr. Hastings is the VP in Charge of the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Hastings was the executive director of Free Trade Alliance San Antonio and began his career at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency in Washington, D.C.
Hastings earned an M.B.A. in international business and a B.A. in international economics from George Washington University. He also studied at the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing, China.
